DON’T just take my word for it…

I know I tend to focus on balance and its importance, but it truly is an area we can improve in for some phenomenal results.

The obvious question then is, “How??”

In my experience it is best we go with a 3 tiered approach. It is really important we note how these 3 tiers interact with one another and in this model, they are inseparable.

Let’s get into a overview of these 3 tiers:

Tier 1: Training – This is your personalised training plan aligned to your goals. It should be specific and allow for measured rest without losing too much momentum, basically maximising your recovery period after an injury and especially when chasing a particular goal of yours

Tier 2: Nutrition – A personalised meal plan. Ensuring your body has the correct levels of macro and micro nutrients in order to utilise and perform effectively, this plays a huge role in how far you actually put yourself from goals and the distance it’ll take to reach them

Tier 3: Support – Often one of the biggest aspects that’s almost guaranteed to dip is motivation, especially during times of injury/recovery, it’s vital to have family/friends and even a coach to keep up your accountability and stay on top of your progress by either discussing what you’re doing and how you’re going about it, or even shadowing your progress and activity to keep up that valuable momentum

If you have any questions about how we can make these tiers work for you, don’t hesitate to drop me a DM or simply reply to this email!
