It’s finally here.
I’ve been working on this for so long, and honestly, this has been one of my main goals since I started my journey.
And that is to be able to share everything that I know and understand with you guys. To be able to give you all of the knowledge that I have, so you can become healthy and strong and look good while doing it. Through my undergraduate years, to my medical school years now here in Chicago, I learned the tricks to balance rigorous schooling and enjoying life while building a physique I am proud of. And I’m here to share it all with you.
My main goal with this program is to make sure that you understand what you’re doing in the gym, understand what the food you eat actually does, get to know your body, and most importantly, become a fitter, confident, and healthier version of yourself.
The “Progressive Physique” program is made in a way where it does not matter how many days a week you are able to train, or if you train at the gym or exclusively at home. I made sure that no matter how much time you have, you get a perfectly tailored plan that fits your busy life schedule over the week.
