My Top Tips For The Best Ab Workout

Ever looked in the mirror and thought, “Man, I need to dedicate more time to abs.”

Well, first and foremost, abs certainly aren’t everything when it comes to building a physique and they most definitely shouldn’t be the pinnacle of your training goals.

With that said, building strength in this area is perfect for building a solid foundation that will help enhance your core for the better.

So, without further ado, here’s a quick and easy ab routine that you can do at home, in the gym, in a hotel, or anywhere!

1. Flutter Kicks 3×30 

2. Leg Raise 3×12 

3. Russian Twist 3×12

4. Shoulder Taps 3×60 seconds

Supersets are optional. 60-90 seconds rest between sets. Focus on increasing reps, sets, or weight each workout!

Do as many as you can and let those abs cook!
