So today I wanted to share with you one of my videos on getting in a great upper body workout when you’re short on time:

1. Bench Press 5×10
1b. BB Row 5×10-12
2. Seated Press 4×8
2b. BB Curl 4×10
3. JM Press 4×12
The reality is, you don’t need to spend hours in the gym per day.
