One day or day one? You decide…

Thought I’d share some more successful clients with you, these guys have worked their asses off and the results speak for themselves.

These 2 pictures are taken at more or less the same weight, yet the difference in appearance is remarkable.
It’s why I always stress that looking at the scales is not a great way to gauge progress.

A lot of people get so caught up with a number on a scale that, see no movement, and give up. Let this be an example of why that shouldn’t be in your mind!

My training and meal plans provide the necessary structure that YOU need in your life, all you’ve got to do is put in the work. Even that isn’t an issue for “Doctor’s Orders” coaching clients, since they’ve got me on their side keeping tabs on them. A little accountability can go a long way when it comes to fitness training.

There’s no time like the present to start making changes toward a better life.
