I’ve recently been enjoying ice cream, but unlike any other way I’ve tried it before!
I bought an ice cream machine not too long ago and I’ve been freezing my protein shakes into ice cream, it’s both delicious and nutritious!
There are tons of ways to work around still enjoying the things you love while not going overboard on the calories…
Eat what you enjoy!
Cardio doesn’t have to be a drag, your body doesn’t even know the difference between different types of cardio! Only how fast each of them gets your heart pumping. I often find myself at music festivals, getting in 25k+ steps in a day!
Play sports with your friends, go for walks with your pets or significant other, and take the kids to a trampoline park!
Make cardio fun!
Keeping your mind healthy is often overlooked when people say they want to “get in shape”. I’ve noted this myself and have started to pick up some books, purely for the love of reading!
A recent favorite of mine has got to be “Psycho-Cybernetics” by Maxwell Maltz, it’s about a man and his “ship”(mind), steering towards a productive and useful goal, all in an effort to reach the greatest port in the world…
